Building a list of accessible Services
Our team will build a comprehensive list of services in the surrounding areas of the communities. This helps communities grow connections with other organizations and build a network of services and programs that community members can access. This is included but not limited to treatment options, withdrawal management, legal support services, outpatient mental health services, and youth programming.

Accessing External Services
Along with building the list of services, our team will do research on the requirements to access the programs an services and assist with building those connections to ensure services are accessible to communities.
