Assessment of Health and Social Services
Wiidookaage Waabandan provides Community Service Assessments to identify the strengths in the current programming and possible gaps in service that can be bridged. These assessments help recognize organizational goals, community needs, and the pathways we can take to meet these goals and ensure these needs are met.

Assessment of current services
Wiidookaage Waabandan will have a team work alongside program leads and developers to assess and gain in-depth knowledge on the specific programs offered within communities such as program goals, hours, specifics on activities offered, funding capabilities, program and service eligibility and what is provided in those services. Along with working with program leads, our team will also meet with individual workers to get their input on programs and services offered within their community, and what they think could enhance the current programming offered. All this information will be used to generate a report which will then be used to generate ideas and pathways to build capacity through bridging service gaps and enhancing current services offered. With this information and report, our team can assist the community organization of implementing programs such as, community outreach, prevention programs, naloxone distribution and much more.

Community Input
Along with input from the employees of the community organization, Wiidookaage Waabandan collects information and input from community members as to what they would like to see within their community. To us at Wiidookaage Waabandan, community input is paramount to the process of assessing the community services. Our team is willing to go door-to-door to meet with community members individually to collect information on what is wanted within their community. Gathering this community input allows for our team to share the information collected with the community organization. From there our team can work alongside the community entity to implement strategies to meet the goals and needs of the community members based on the findings made.

Youth Services Assessment
Our team has the tools to perform specific assessments as it relates to Youth Programming and Empowerment. These assessments are geared toward the current programming being offered to the youth in their respective communities. Our team looks at the strengths, and gaps within the current programs in order to coordinate the most effective plan for the youth within the community.
